The opening reception will be at PUGG and D.R.A.W., from 5 to 7 pm for the Kingston High School's senior seminar class's Print Show. The show is an exploration of print and paper by Kingston High School students at Women's Studio Workshop in an effort to answer the question, "What is research for the artist?"
Women's Studio Workshop devotes 12 weeks each year to providing in-depth, day long experiences for students from elementary through high school. The students break into small groups and spend on day in each studio: etching, silkscreen, and paper-making. Many of the classes are taught by artists-in-residence, who are developing projects of their own at WSW.
